All in yellow vest

Posted June 25, 2008 in Rouspétages by Did

safety vest When the government gets bored, he seeks a new way to piss off the French. This time, all we have to go buy a stupid neon yellow vest and a red triangle. :-/

The stuff that we used between zero and one time in our lives, but ... Especially because often when you have an accident and it crashed against the security fence, the first thing that comes to mind is not "Quick, I must put my yellow vest! Only then, I go out save the life of my passenger pissing blood! "

(Here also, you need a jacket or person is one who moves first has the right to be in yellow?) :-|

Anyway, laws are often stupid, but fortunately some imagination to make things fun.

Safety vests

With AutoPlus and 3 €, you can have your yellow vest to store the token next to the mall, drive to the blue areas, parts for the parking meter, and the last 3 PV for failing to put coins in the meter . It's not great? : D

I publish this video in hopes of having a yellow jacket, autographed by Pingoo , with a drawing of a penguin! :-P

Maybe you could consider putting the vest when you're locked in plain night on a country road to change the wheel on the left? Or to intervene in an accident that does not mean you personally.

Personally, I find the vest rather helpful and did not wait for the law to get one. That said, I have not used yet and hope not to have to do.

When one is at night on a country road, it was time to see another car coming. In addition it's been 15 years since I drive and I never tired. Okay, that proves nothing, but it's still a situation that is unlikely to occur, and I do not think it is the vest that you saved his life.

We will never know the answer, but I'm willing to bet that the law does not even save the lives of one person. :-|

I really do not have this legislation a priority. There are more urgent things right?

The thing that comes to mind is the condition of some streets to my house. I realize (especially on a scooter because there has only 2 contact points) the distance for braking is greatly extended through the holes in the tar, because it touches the ground half the time .

A law requiring municipalities to a correct state of the streets for braking more effectively to a pedestrian (it happens more often than die), I applaud with both hands. ;-)

The goal is not to see the cars but that drivers see you.
How many pedestrians were knocked down because he walked at night along a road? Yet they clearly saw the cars arrive.

If you are involved to pick up a guy fell off his scooter due to bad road conditions, you will not wait until the car passed, no? :)

I'm not sure it will save a life (although I do believe) but the vest at three euros, that he is the coup to take the risk?

Yes, I understood that the vest is for the pedestrian. What I meant is that we have time to grow, then generally ...

Sorry, I stay on my position! ;-) The vest is of course useful in some cases, but rare, and like I said above: if you intervene to help an injured person, you will not think in the first to put your waistcoat.
