The Umbilical Brothers are two Australian comic specializing in sound effects and mime. In fact, often Shane noise and Dave mime. 
You may have already seen in this video that circulated a few months ago on the net, with Jay Leno and David Letterman.
By finding this video on my hard drive, I had the idea to seek other sketches of the Umbilical Brothers on Dailymotion. One thing is certain, these guys are good.
