Slumdog Millionaire nominated for 10 Oscars

Unclassifiable film, drama, funny, touching ... the image of the city of god it perfectly depicts the lives of street children in India who live in extreme poverty and who are being exploited. (I will not say more for not spoiler ^ ^)
To talk technical "filmistique" is made of a master hand with actors completely unknown but fair. And like the other films of Danny ... music and photography are always nickel

I meant in the article and I forgot that in fact in India the film has received a very bad reception, no one went to see him. People thought it was just a Western way of seeing India which did not correspond to reality.
By cons I can not find where I read it.
The term "slumdog" in the title of the film was also very misunderstood. Some are deemed too pejorative use, with a negative connotation. While I think it is fully justified and it's easy with the film that is not used negatively ...
But ... There are always people who criticize. That's why I'm not sure that the film won so many Oscars it. There are too many controversies (unfounded, in my case)
